Real Talk. I left LOVE Nightclub around 2am. I saw Quick coming out the club at the same time. I woke up dragging myself to work. Got in the car, and Quick was wide awake on morning radio.

So proud of Curtbone.Definitely one of the certified Og's of.dc.Quick is so right.There was a rivalry between dc & baltimore for a very long time.After I was release from Youth Center, I went to the halfway house uptown.Once I was release from the halfway house ,I enrolled in job corp in baltimore.I can recall getting into a few fights in the beginning.It was dc against baltimore for a while.Then the respect eventually came.Salute to Quicksilva on all his accomplishments!!Great episode.

What's crazy is a dude from 6th and S st started the DMV movement lol when I was a youngun I used to go uptown to get my go-go from Woody and Ty across the street from the Madness shop. There was a darkskin dude that used to come through, he was a local rapper. He would rap to Ty, he was talking about the DMV. I didn’t understand what he was talking about. But OG Ty was with it. Woody now runs a shop with the Madness in Waldorf. I don't know where Ty is, i saw him about two years ago looking the same with some chicks. OG still living the same life lol Get them two on here, they put it down for the culture as far as local rappers and of course go-go back in the day.
