I just bought this . In theory it is nice, but not having or the lack ability to clamp is cumbersome. I tried cutting 2x4 rectangle tubing at 60 degrees and it bottomed out. C clamps just got in my way. However, small angle iron, it cut like butter. Take it for what it’s worth.
Honestly this is probably one of the better cheaper items I’ve ever seen out of harbor freight but hey cant complain about something that is a 1/5th to a 1/6th of the price of the good name brand ones
I just looked at the display model at my local store (they're out of stock at the moment) but it looks awfully handy! I'm primarily a hobby woodworker but I want to weld some lumber racks and this could do the trick for cutting the metal quite nicely!

One of the best things I have recently bought from HF! Ditch the trigger mech and get a non latching foot switch.
