radiolucency hanging from the floor of the orbit into the maxillary sinus..there is difference in radiolucency between sinus and fat or muscle ..you can easily identify
Sir eye movement is not proper in left eye I can't move my eye outward from left side What can be the point which can cure my eye Is it curable or not?

Sir but in PNS radiographic VIEW how can we see the blood and fat cz that is not radiopaque

I've an old fracture in my left eye which is very minor
