I dont really care about cactus hopping tho. Dude you canr properly backwards bhop with Hermes too. You have to hold crouch. I've found it much easier to bounce with stilts personally. Although I slightly disagree with you, you had some really great points. Good video keep up the good work homie!
I reccomend switching perks oftenly, specially for what u wanna do and on which map.

I just use Stilts for Bold March ledges hopping. Since apparently Hermes decreases my speed like hell

Stilts isint better than hermes, hermes isint better than stilts either it all comes down to personal preference. Which one you use depends on which playstyle you want, For example if you scroll jump, use a low sensitivity and prefer smoother, slower, chill, calmer gameplay, Choose stilts. But if you dont scroll jump, use a high sensitivity, and prefer faster, aggressive gameplay, Choose hermes.
Experiment with both and figure out which one suits and fits you best.

some small tip for cactus hopping if youre struggling: (im only decent at cactus hopping but this is what i do)
try to control your speed, go slow and dont go too fast, if your fps is too high (200+) it can be hard to do it consistently because youll go too fast and its hard to control, turn your graphics to max or cap ur fps with bloxstrap. and if you keep bouncing off the cactuses on accident when you dont want to, turn low quality mode off and use normal quality

I’ll use stilts instead because hermes while emote hopping with bold march is a lot slower
If you use stilts you have to turn your camera slower and smoother.
If you use hermes than you have to have higher sensitivity and flick you camera and turn it more faster you would with stilts

with the wall running its not a great comparison cuz the camera has different angles in each case but i think hermes are still faster just not as big a difference as this makes it seem
wrong. the camera has different angles because hermes allows me to look more towards the wall, stilts however would just lose speed

@@acekrstevs yes and no, as I said before reaching speeds higher then 60+ is impossible without 160+ fps, when I set my fps to 150 and under, I couldn't go faster then 54.3

tbh i think you got smth wrong, stilts are faster than hermes at bhopping, you were hitbox hopping, which is bhopping looking down in which hermes are faster
Hermes are still faster, plus its not like hitbox hopping isn't just bhopping with a different name
