This is the oral tradition on video, which allows thousands of people outside of the village to learn who we are to each other as Africans.
Please keep it authentic as usual. Don't be tempted to stage the content.
I am looking forward to seeing you expand into the use of the medicinal plants and the interaction between the older people and the young.
One of the things I like about your videos is the way you show that before colonisation, all Africans were living together.
This is clearly demonstrated in the food.
No matter the region, the ingredients used to prepare food are often the same.
The only difference is the names I was so happy to find your channe, and I wish you success.
Finall, I would like for you to advocate for a return to the villag, why not get together with other content creators and have 2024 as the year of reeturn to the village all across Africa.

I love this! I grew up on a farm in the US ( the South, country).
And I miss it. I loved walking on dirt roads, it felt so good. Plus being surrounded by nothing but woods and no stores or city anywhere near was a treasure.

Add cassava flour. Add baking powder. Rollon a flat surface. Use a mug or cup to make out circles from the dough. Thenbplace in hot vetable oil. Remove when deep brown....place in banana leVes like you hv done.
