Jeongyeon and Dahyun wrote a song and gave most lines to other members instad of herselves.
Jeongyeon should have used the opportunity wisely hahaha and distributed the lines herself but even if she did she would be selflesss I think. She will give more lines for the other members to shine.

I was boutta say cuz dubu normally escapes bottom placing but this era shes been getting what momo used to get aka short talking lines and small prechoruses/mid chorus lines and its frustrating cuz this album really suited her sonically and aesthetically so its such a shame that her talent isnt being utilized, not saying momo doesnt deserve her lines, she does but i think there generally shouldnt be a member in any era thats underutilized especially in an era where that member could rlly rlly shine

I thought I was tripping when I was listening to the album because I hardly heard Dahyun.😭😭 I even asked myself if she even participated in this album and well now looking at the line distribution, it all makes sense.
That's exactly what I was thinking!! I literally could barely hear her and it's so unfair considering she contributes so much to the group and in my (biased) opinion she does contribute more than a good amount of the members. Not to bring any members down but when we look at how many songs she's written, it's more than most. I think it's somewhere around 15-20 now??
@@arihhhhh3821 right! Like I'm sure they could've given her some of Nayeon's lines in this album. Like I know Nayeon is a lead vocalist but I'm sure Dahyun is capable of singing some her lines. I was just shocked at how little lines she was given! I just hope the Dahyun and the members agree to the line distributions now that Twice is in their 9th year because I would love to hear her sing more :/
@@eliza20111 Ughhh exactly I love her voice honestly and would love to hear more :). She's really not a bad vocalist just not as good as most of the members either. I don't pay attention to those rankings of vocalist tiers and stuff mostly cause it's only based off of breath support which doesn't determine if you're a good vocalist or not. I really hope she gets more lines like she deserves to!!!

I love all their songs in this comeback, but the fact that Dahyun was treated so appallingly line wise leaves a bitter taste
Honestly this album distribution couldve been good if Jeongyeon and Dahyun had gotten more lines. Other than that i think its okay. To be honest, ive kinda given up when it comes to hoping for Jeongyeon to get more lines. It feels as if the company has forgotten that shes the lead vocalist. Also just because Jeongyeon isnt being treated well doesnt give some onces the right to be nasty towards other members (Usually Nayeon, Sana and Mina).

Most of their songs have 3 choruses and they could easily give one each to the main and lead vocalist but noo Jay Why Pee have to give one chorus to the main vocalist and two chorus to only one of the lead vocalist, Nayeon gets the intro, some verse, 2/3 chorus of the song, high notes, adlibs, outro, so what's left for the other members????

Ah this point it's not even laughable for Dahyun. She is just too nice doesn't even get lines on her songs. The saddest part is all could be balanced if they give out a few of Nayeon's line to the others. Before you claim that Nayeon is needed for those lines remember most of Twice songs have line repeats and the reason Nayeon ends up with more is because on average she repeats the main chorus or pre-chorus twice. But I guess they have gotten used to the treatment. Poor Dubu is just riding the wave hoping not to sink at the bottom of the sea. Hopefully one of these days she will have a solo song she gets to sing on her own without having to give it all out.

At first when I saw the MV I was angry that dahyun and momo get only few lines and a little screentime and it's been many years and still they are getting least amount of lines in their title tracks and b sides, and nayeon sang almost half of the song, but I am not angry now and now I don't care bout how much lines they get cuz I think if they don't want to speak for themselves and stand for themselves, why am I defending them for having least lines, why I am being angry if they are ok with that

@@Eric-ck7gs the first chorus is not tzuyu, it’s sana, so tzuyu has around 6-10 seconds (depends on if some of the adlibs are tzuyu’s or not)
