The lake at 2:30 is Lake Shasta. I drove by it spring of 2017 and it's full again.

The music overshadowed the video. I don't think there was a need for commentary either. The pictures were powerful and self explanatory. I had a horrible headache at the end of this short video from the music and voice over.

Lake Oroville in Northern California is once again full to the Brim. The lake goes up and down every year depending on the amount of rain that falls. Been visiting there for 40 years. Nothing new, during a drought the lake is low and when it rains a lot the lake fills up.
