Loved your shorts and videos throughout your trip. It was lovely to see your kids and wife- looking gorgeous in such a pretty dress. Haven't had chance to comment on some- busy with work and surviving 40 degree heatwave in UK!!🔥🥵 My family are out in the sun while I contemplate cooking something in the heat, and catching up with your video from today - can't wait to see your weigh in 😉🤞🤞!

Thanks Eva! Oh wow that is some heat! We sure had a great time ok our vacay/wedding weekend! Weigh in was horrible lol. Like last time, it’s gonna be some tough love until I get out of the 300s. Feeling good about it!
Good luck with that heat and work!

Hi, may I ask you about the syringe? As I understand, the pen volume is 6 ml. And something doesn't add up for me. I did 7 days of 0.6 ml it is 4.2 ml. Then 3 days of 1.2 ml this is 3.6 ml. So I used a total of 7.8 ml - and there's still quite a few left in the pen, but the instruction says - 6 ml, how it clould be, maybe I'm doing something wrong? Thanks!

Hi there! I had similar thoughts when I got the pens too lol. In the end, the problem is we are reading ML instead of MG, which is what it written on the pen. At the end of the day, you have 18mg in a pen which means each pen can last 6 days at max dosage of 3.0mg. If you are pumping 0.6mg per day, you have 30 days worth of shots per pen.
Pen has 3ml in it and it's 6mg/ml.
I hope that clarifies and more importantly, I hope you are seeing some results!! :)

Good afternoon. I started using Saxenda 19 days ago. At the moment I have lost 6.9 kg. I am wondering if you have a set time when you use Saxenda or do you use it when you can during the day?
    Thank you.

Hi Ivana! that's great news, you must be ecstatic at those results! Ok so I was told that I can pick any time to do it but once I've decided, always stick to that time every day. For me, because I rarely get any side effects, I do as soon as I get up before doing anything else. I also do it in my belly. Others have had better success doing it at night or in the thigh. People who have nausea say that they prefer it at night so they can sleep off the nausea and wake up ready to go.
At the end of the day, there's a lot of trial and error but it's important that Saxenda keeps you feeling pretty full for most of the day. If you have that right now and no side effeects, I wouldn't change anything.
Wish you the best Ivana and I would love to hear about your progression and you keep losing :)
