Drew is talking about having played in another vampire show in the states (referring to the musical LESTAT by Bernie Taupin & Elton John) as well as DRACULA in Switzerland where they had (artificial) teeth and contact lenses, which they took home after the run - just for fun. When they were playing LESTAT in San Francisco they wanted to get rid of the clichés: no teeth, no blood, no contact lenses - which didn't go down very well and the run was shortened (because of it). However, Drew says, he used to run around San Francisco wearing teeth and contact lenses and how incredibly funny it is ('was' I hope he meant unless he's still doing it geeeeeze lol 😂) to just smile at people that way and see the 'double takes' reactions, i.e. them smiling back at you.. "and who says children are scared, children LOVE it- they go like "Wow! Cool!" - and it's the mothers who aren't particularly amused." Then he talks about his 7-year-old, Noah (?)- who's also become crazy about vampires... (Part 1)..

... and who's also got a whole array of teeth at home- so they go on a father-son trip/excursion together ROFL: "So if you spot me (with my son) on Something Street (didn't catch the street name but it sounds like a local hotspot wherever they are, is it Berlin? #clueless 🙃), just smile at me/us and see what.. ('..happens?' Didn't catch that either as he's kinda swallowing the end of the sentence there and I'm frickin tired LOL I'm sorry 😴) there you go 😄

Ok, For the non German Audience: I've made a Translation, you're welcome.
Presenter: does it happen in your normal life that you think "I'd like to be a vampire now?" Or let me restate that question, did you ever bite someone in your Private life?
    Marc: Well.....ehm...
    Presenter: a clear no, great
Drew: I have to admit, I did another vampire play in America, *Insert title and author here (can't really understand it but sounds like "The start based on the books by Ed Ryson")*,And before that, I also Played in "Dracula" in Switzerland. And in Dracula, we had contact Lenses and teeth. Which we could take home with us and keep when the Show stopped running, just for fun. When I was in San Francisco with that other Show, they said we won't do anything cliche, no teeth, no blood, no contact lenses. The play Was discontinued very early.
But I, just for fun, would sometimes stroll through San Francisco with teeth and contact lenses. And it's incredibly funny to just smile at people and see how they react, only realizing it while doing so.
    Because you smile back "Hello-"
And, it's really not like children are afraid of you. Children love it!
    "Wow, cool!"
The mothers tho, they don't really get excited about it.
And...I also have a seven year old son. Noah. And meanwhile, he's also vampire crazy. And has a full teeth collection at home. So we're doing this as father-son-trips. When you see my son and me on the streets, just smile at me! And see what happens next...
    Presenter: we have been warned...
Marc, you've said you weren't quite sure, did Something like this ever happen?..
    Marc: Oh indeed, but....it's............very private......

He's talking about playing Armand in the Lestat musical

The musical he is talking about is called "Lestat" and in English you'd say the show "closed", not "was discontinued"

Lestat is based on the books by Anne Rice! Anyway, thanks for this. I find it so interesting that he has played a vampire in three different musicals.
