Just did all quests on the wiki that are "required" unsure why I dont have it? Made sure I even had your list in your description. Any idea what im missing or if something changed?

maybe double or triple check that u done every task and check your scav rep must be atleast 2

Me too it’s like when you have the quest the spawn rate is way lower and you can never find the item
