Hello Alex and Gen, great to see you guys and this project is an excellent idea to protect the kids on motorcycles. Gen looks absolutely lovely in her pregnancy although i can see in the video, she is very tired, which is to be expected i guess. I met you in Dumaguete. At the coffee place, ground zero? May 2023, I also met Goldfinger and we went to lunch. I have bought helmets with Goldfinger now three times. Hey Alex, I hope he will get well. This year so many friends fell from motorcycles here.
@@Alex_Kosh he stayed in the hospital whole Christmas: lost some teethes and got some stitches on the forehead..
But got home finally.
What these guys are doing is great. However it is illegal to ride on Philippines national highways without wearing a certified helmet. Try it in Davao and see how far you get. The police and traffic enforcers need to crack down on it. So many times I have seen the dad wearing a helmet, the mother wearing a helmet and the child between them not wearing one. These parents need to be educated. Parents are putting the safety of their children at risk and this is the main issue that needs to be addressed.

Helmets are expensive and many parents can’t afford them, that doesn’t make them bad parents…..
Hi Alex, Great video. Do you know of any older expat who is taking classes at Silliman University? How easy is it to do this for older people living in Dumaguete? Does Silliman University let non-students enrol in classes with putting up too many barriers? Not an entire degree - but just a couple of classes.
