The thing I like about you guys is that despite your beauty & success you are both very grounded. If Matt was anymore laid back he'd be horizontal! You are both a great example of what is good in this messed up world of ours. You know what you wanted and went out there and worked hard to achieve your goal. Having said that you keep moving the goalposts so that you always have to aim higher. Young people would certainly learn from you that's for sure. Stay safe.

Loved this video! You are both so very inspirational. Summer, I totally get what you mean about sunshine helping your mental health. When I met my husband, I told him my dream was to live in a warm climate, wear shorts and flip flops, and 10 years later we live here in Dubai! I rarely feel down, every day the sun makes everything so bright, the blue sky etc. when I visit the UK, the sky is so grey and feels like it’s pressing down on me. I haven’t worn a jacket or a cardigan for 7 years! Like you both say, it’s the simple things in life that make you happy 🌞

Sunlight increases the serotonin level, which brings about a calm and happy mood. It's no wonder so many British people crave sunshine, given the limited amount of sun there is in the UK. There are few things more depressing than seeing the sun disappear before 6pm.
No matter how successful or rich people get because one day you leave everything behind and gone

Thanks! So we have a few different income streams now. Such as our two CZcams channels, the properties we own and rent out in the UK and then income from other investments. Not a job as such as but we used to have jobs a few years ago as self employed real estate agents, we were just able to progress from that with our businesses so now that’s where our income comes from :)
One of the reasons i moved fo Dubai is because I am extremely envious and jealous of the lives of people who live in Marina, Jumeirah, etc and Palm Jumeirah…and live a life of luxury and I don’t know how but make Thousands every month in double digits.

Hi Matt, yes we do hold some cryptocurrency, mainly bitcoin, ethereum, xrp and a few other small ones. We arent experts in crypto so are constantly learning. Maybe we will do a video about it in the future!

How do you fund being able to travel abroad and stay in these places?
We have several different income streams now, our other main CZcams channel, we’ve done a lot of property development in the UK before we left a we months ago. Then also stocks, crypto and few other business ventures :)
My favourite house tour was the tour of the Knoll in colston Bassett this house tour has been taken down I am wondering why it is not available anymore.
