Lot of interesting and useful info! Thanks
1.5 weeks post op complete ACL tear and 10% meniscus tear. Cadaver. You’re videos have been awesome before surgery and after! Ty!!!
Fantastic video. Thank you.
This might very well be the best video you can find on ACL hamstring graph surgery
Thanks for the video!
Thanks so much. Today was day 1 of PT.
I totally agree. Did acl surgery using hamstring graft and from day 1 my leg leans to opposite direction
I got a hamstring graft a year and a half ago and my foot has always gone in i never had that problem with it going out i always thought it was bad my foot went in instead of staying straight
5 months post ACL hamstring graft and I've noticed this issue even when standing or walking. I've actively got to straighten my foot to match my uninjured side.
as a patient, this gives me something to be aware of. are there any videos or case studies that address additional form issues specific to improper loading of hip flexors? I'm finding at 7 weeks (ACLr, hamstring, meniscus repair, WBAT 1 week postop) I'm starting to experience a lot of issues with hip flexors. I already had some SI and piriformis issues long prior to this injury and some of the exercises seem to have really inflamed my hip flexor, which makes me suspect I'm not using correct form and PT may have missed it. I'm concerned it's going to set me back both from having to rest the hip and also if my form was bad not working the knee properly.
1.5 years later after my surgery im still having hamstring problems
What is your problem? Can you provide more detail?
7 years on, I've never addressed it. If I exercise hamstring even a little, I get crazy cramps.
I love you guys comment about problems and never go into details.
After yr ACL and meniscus surgery squad exercise good ya bad
Are you located in Texas ?
Week out of ACL surgery today just reached over my bed and felt a really tight feeling then instant snapping and release feeling instantly after the tight feel. Now my leg feels like warm water being poured over it and pain from multiple places since this situation happened approximately an hour ago. Is this normal after surgery or should go back to my hospital. Just wondering before I go bother medical staff with something I don't need to bother them with. UK based ✌🏼 thank you for any replies would help alot 👍🏻
This is common... You have to wait for the pain to be reduced. It takes about 1 month. But during this phase continue the exercises specially SLR and flexion. Don't worry pain will go away
@@PURNAYOG thank you. That's very much appreciated 🙏🏼
