The problem with finding hand movements relaxing is you can't close your eyes when you get sleepy because then you miss the trigger and the sleepiness fades lol

Great video :D.You should also try doing sounds like writting in different surfaces (chalkboard, notebook, etc.) and with different things (pencil, pen, chalk, marker, etc.). I really like those, but I haven't found that many.

The tapping sound while scratching was a little intense, not bad. Would definitely recommend a mouth sounds video, your voice is very relaxing. You're doing great!

For reasons too lengthy to go into here, hand movement and personal attention videos are almost like therapy for me. This was really wonderful, thank you! For future reference, I think you could get away with less explanation of what you're going to do, and more just doing it. This would leave more time for you to talk about any subjects you want to, including yourself, and that way we can get to know you better. I think you're doing great!

Taking the camera off Auto Exposure would eliminate the rapid exposure changes. The poor camera was trying so hard to not overexpose your hands.
There shouldn't even be a dislike button for your video or anyone else cause if you don't like it, don't watch it. I think it's pointless especially cause this video was on point
