INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
¼ Cup Polao Rice
Soak For 15 Min.
Wash Well
Pour In Blender
Grind Coarse
1 Litre Milk
Let It Boil
½ Tspn Cardamom Powder
¼ Tspn Saffron
Grind Rice
1 Tspn Ghee
Keep Stirring
Cook In Low Heat
Cook For 10 Min.
½ Cup Sugar
Consistency Will Be Thick
Remove From the Heat
Cool Down For 2-3 Min.
Pour In Cup
Raisin- Pistachio
