Good plan.
I suggest to shift lounge area at kitchen place and kitchet at lounge area.
This will make lounge plus dinning a good family place with proper ventilation at back.
Kitchen at front can add outside view to it facing main gate.

Good design with 4 bed rooms. But the only deficiency is car parking at least you might have provided with minimum 2 car parking. Nice planing with good ventilation and space for every thing. 👌

aajkal log first floor ko kiraye par dete hain aur ground floor par rehte hain isliye aisa lagta hai ki niche do kamre rehana bahut jyada jaroori hai. This is all about the choice of yourself

Plan is good. But wash room should not provided in corner. Bed rooms should be in corner and bath room should re allocated. According to vastu, vayu kon ( north west) is the possible corner where we can put wash rooms or toilets. Bed room in corner is always better for cross ventilation. Anyhow, I liked your attitude. Plan is so nice.

Hi Shweta, as per vaastu first location to make kitchen is SE Corner but if it is not possible than we can make it in NW Corner this is also a second best location to make kitchen.
As we already told in this video this plan is not having complete vastu, only necessary things we are having in this plan as per vastu.

Kitchen should always be in South East corner..and pooja room in Northeast..
All bedrooms should be in South West..

Stairs should have approach from outside, if you want rent out first floor it could be separated. However your plan is perfect.

I have plot of 70 ft by 109 ft. I want to build a north / east facing farmhouse plus with a garden. My main gate is from the north eastern corner of my plot. Ground floor will be occupied by me and remaining 2 floors for self use purpose.
Ground floor should have three bedroom ( one of which will be for guests), one living room, a Mandir area, a varanda, a garage, one attached bathroom with the master bedroom and a common bathroom.

I have plot of 80 ft by 72 ft. I want to build a north / east facing home plus a rental apartment along with a garden. My main gate is from the north eastern corner of my plot. Ground floor will be occupied by me and remaining 2 floors for rental purpose.
1. Ground floor should have three bedroom ( one of which will be for guests), one living room, a Mandir area, a varanda, a garage, one attached bathroom with the master bedroom and a common bathroom.
2. Second and third floor is for rental purpose, should have two parts for rental purpose

Very good plan, I like it.
Bhai kuch questions hai like...
1. The glass and openings of toilets is too wide that may bother the privacy of the person, how you will justify that...
2. The servant also need attach lat-bath rather than seperate it, also the location of the kitchen is just attached to the servant room and in some cases it can bother for the females of the house....
3. The dinning area is open, if somebody walk at the first floor then the dust and other material will fall on it.
4. The entry gate of the room at ground floor should be on left side for privacy and detachment from public areas like dining and kitchen.
5. The toilet situated at the front may be located at the corner of dining room, it will be much private and no hinder from the persons going in and out.
6. Also at FF, the room designed may be situated at the right portion just above the dining area and in that way the pipe of the toilet at foyer( after shifting to corner) and FF room will be in the same line too and the room will also aligned with living area so the column design will be easier.
7. At FF, also the interchange of the front bedoom and the big balcony above the dining will be justified as in case of extension of temple upto FF, the balcony area can be utilized for sitting during the morning and evening prayer and also in group sitting.
These are the genuine questions come into the mind...
I like your plan in the way...
1. The garden is situated at the four sides of the house that is a wonderful point for ventilation, light and fresh air throughout the year.
2. The concept of seperate dining and living area.
3. At FF, you have designed seperate balconies for all room for sit out.

Very spacious plan... Can you plan for a multistore building in 40 x 50 north facing. Two 2bhk portions in each floor for three floors and pent house. With lift and ground floor parking. Watchman room.
Planning is very good. Only my feel towards draw back is left and side right width are small.

1. Cost.
2. Can you make the entry to servant room without entering the house. Although the servant is working inside but at times a separate entry/ exit is required.
