I went to Paris in November last year and they were issueing that little printed ticket; went again late March this year and they weren't issueing that piece of paper anymore. Still needed my NHS Covid certificates document, and the self-sworn Covid-free declaration document (although the French border control at St. Pancras didn't ask to see it). Coming back 1st April no Covid pass was asked for, and no requirement for that stupid and useless passenger locator form. Happy days !
