The things that annoys me is having to abanden mission just to retry

For people who still have some problems with this because this trophie is pain in the a** i suggest to do this.
1play on casual
2 play with war until you gain chaos(you can get hit as many Times as you want)
3when you have low health Press option and go to Main menu
4then continue game again (should start from the begining of the lvl)
5 reapeat them steps until you get full chaos meter in both war and strife
6on the last Time start with war use all blade geyser available then transform use it all then change for strife use all Shadow clone and then transform and finish the Job. Worked for me after first try. Hope it helps

Also use anarchy form. You cant be damaged by any attacks.

You can lower the difficulty to casual and lower the game speed. I basically got him to 40% regulary then just popped both super forms. This was way easier than getting the Leviathan cores...

My guide: set it to casual. 1500+ AP build helps, too.
You can also dodge into the enemies instead of away from them, it often makes them trivial to avoid.

For some reason casual mode has been locked out for all of the game, every other difficulty is available, but I cannot switch to causual mode

This guy is a pain to do in coop but we will manage.
