I myself had the experience of taking psychiatric help between 2020 and 2021 and this whole process was very important, mainly if you maintain the quality of observation of yourself. This Dhamma talk is very important and useful, the points exposed by the Venerable do make a lot of sense. My journey of self discovery and what guided me to Buddhism started at the very first thoughts of sadness.

How do you accept self hate?

I dont quite understand how the situation in Gaza relates to the Dhamma talk on dealing with depression. Why do you mention it? Any more than the antecedent terrorist rape and murder of Israeli would . Is this virtue signalling by the Ajahn ? You have a wide audience Sir please stick to Dhamma . I can get all the news comment from other channnels.

Thanksgiving is happening in the USA... i am so thankful for the Monks and Nuns... with a lack of scrutiny... but enabling.

Im saddened by my buddhist leaders... you take no actions ... make no real progression.
