- EXTREMELY TRAUMATIC Chiropractic CRACKING 4th Visit!
This was his 4th adjustment with me. He is coming all the way from New York for these adjustments. During his first visit, his body was in so much pain I could only adjust him with the Y strap and nothing else. This time around he has already noticed a huge difference and even in this video you can see the pain he's been living in.
Watch his progression with his adjustments!

I love the silence from Dr Cipriano. He doesn't talk, just works. It's quite something to watch.
Just doing what I can to help all my patients
I like that he doesn't talk🎉❤
Dear Lord ... I could FEEL this young man's pain. May the Doctor's intervention give this man some relief!
🙏🙏🙏
The doctor does one thing that most doctors don't do today...he listened to his patient. Well done.
🙌🏽
Well some of them just need to get the job done, trust me doctors knows what’s best for you.
Amen that's the truth and he takes time with him instead of just 15 minutes or less! I have kyphosis and I'm praying I can get there soon
This poor man. You can tell his pain is severe. Thank you for listening to him and helping him.

This is heartbreaking to watch!! I love that the doc is very serious and very quiet as he works desperately to relieve some pain for this poor man.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone in this much pain before. I hope he finds some healing as soon as possible.
Difficult to watch him cry out in pain.
Anyone know how to reach him I am from Baltimore
Dr Ciproano is very skilled, listens to his patients, and is super chill. His patience is stellar!
I find it very satisfying watching you help some of these poor people in so much pain. You have a gift & were definitely born to be a healer. Keep up the good work.
Thank you @danfrost3043 for your supportive words. It's my pleasure to help.
This poor guy. I sympathize with him and know how difficult it is to function with constant muscle spasms in your back. Though my condition was not quite as severe as this gentleman’s, I could feel what he was feeling as I watched him. Luckily after suffering with it for 7 years I was able to get back to normalcy with chiropractic visits and physical therapy. I look forward to seeing this guy get his life back as he continues his treatment l. Hang in there man! Rooting for you! 💪
What I love is seeing the repeat patients and seeing them get better
This makes me so sad to watch. I hate hearing or seeing someone in pain. I’ve had the worst pain in my left upper back/shoulder area for the last two years and no one has been able to help me yet. I can only imagine this mans pain and relief. I’m happy you’re able to give so many people back their lives!
Cortisone under ultrasound to pin point area.
Same with the pain in upper left back/shoulder. I'm not years in yet but no chiropractor seems to be able to get rid of it. Massages aren't working either. Frustrating
Maybe a torn shoulder muscle or nexk arthritis. Go to an ortho doctor instead of a chiro.
Omg! You may have what I have! Pain for 9 yrs, a deep pain, feels like it is always pulling and twisted, and feels like someone is probing you between shoulder blade and spine in thoracic area? If that's what it sounds like, then look up D.I.S.H. Diffuse Idiopathic Skeletal Hyperostosis. My uncle is an retired Orthopedic Surgeon from Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland. He's the only Dr out of 6 others, neurologists and orthopedic and primary Dr.) Who figured out what it is, from my CT, MRI, and x-rays. Ask a specialist online or in office who knows about DISH disorder. The only thing that relieves pain temporarily for 30 min is those foam exercise rollers with nubs 6"about in diameter, got my roller at Wal-Mart for about $20.
Same. I hate seeing people in pain. Breaks my heart.
While still suffering with pain, he has made great progress!! Congratulations to him that he has not given up. Hang in there. You are getting better. It takes time and patience for our bodies to heal from this much damage.
This is the most painful traumatic case I've seen on your show so far! The pain in his voice when you just touched his lower back, sheesh!!!🤧
I'll definitely be following his journey! I hope he find some kind of relief
Thank you for taking the time to give him that individual treatment!!
You gotta bring this guy back on so we can see how he has progressed!
This is like his 2nd or 3rd video on the channel already
@@rackrunnarichie3730 So what this dude is a fan favorite I'm sure I'm not the only who thinks so 😉
He won’t get better if he won’t let the Doc do what he needs to do in order for him to get better.
Sheesh poor dude sounded like he was falling apart, i hope to see more of him in the future! He seems to be improving but deserves to live a pain free life if possible, keep it up Doc!
This was painful to watch, this man is in so much pain that I'm glad he got to you for help.
For this to be his fourth visit...I think he knows he is getting better. Yes he has to go through pain but he knows he is in good hands.
Watching this guy is surreal. I can totally feel his pain. It’s my daily. Going back to see a chiropractor soon. It’s been a few years. Time to go back and get relief. That guy should alternate weekly with chiropractic and massage. Massage should be covered by insurance. It’s instrumental in even my temporary relief.
I would give this gentleman as many free sessions as he needed. It seems like his quality of life is much better. He is willing to come back as many times as needed so you know he is willing to pay and isn't trying to be a free loader.
What happened to this man? Has he seen an MD? I mean this seems pretty severe
Dr cipriano really knows what he's doing ❤❤❤
Buddy I am from Brazil, and i admire your work a lot.. its an Amazing work! keep up with this great journey !!
We don't know how well we have it until you see what others live with. I like seeing you dig into all your options to get what you want done. Sometimes it's work in progress!
God bless this man and all the people in pain🌟
Best advice to anyone with chronic back troubles, never give up trying to get better, it's just a case of finding the right person or the right treatment that your back needs, any condition can be improved.
This is great. I love how he always listens to his patients and targets that area. He's always evolving. Not the same ole same ole.
It’s the same routine every time
It’s literally the same thing every time
@@BoyBlessing It's not at all the same routine he uses with his other patients.
Dr Joe was so patient & gentle with each adjustmenr!!!
As somehow who has seen doctor after doctor literally seem to enjoy torturing me, this is really nice to see someone who really cares about their patients
Its nice how he takes his time and 'really listens' not a lot of doctors do that anymore. Some try to over talk and dont listen..so it just makes me not want to see doctors...thank you for caring!!
It takes a highly skilled and experienced chiropractor to do what you do!! I’ve never heard of or seen anyone in as much pain as this poor guy. WOW!!! I’m glad he found you.
I’ve just added this thought--I actually wonder if some chiropractors would choose not to work on this man due to the severe pain an complexity of his condition.
Anyone else remember when the cracks were time stamped by good people who knew why we were here?
Yes.
I used to come for just the cracks but hes such a good Chiropractor that stay and watch from beginning to end
In 2015 all my back problems came to a head and this was my experience too. Back surgery 5/5/15 relieved my sciatica immediately but now it’s arthritis that gets me fairly regularly. I will keep this gentleman in my thoughts & prayers!!! Thanks for ALL you do Dr C!
Look into a clinically dosed supplement called SUPPORTMAX JOINT by Strom sports nutrition and also collagen peptides
That 'Segal' was one of the best cracks I've ever heard watching chiro videos.
Sending prayers out to the patient!
What is segal?

WOW. This was impressive. I pray this guy gets better and better!
Que profissional maravilhoso , ele deve amar a profissão , tão respeitoso , tão paciente . Eu queria muito consultar com ele
Dangggg, i thought mine was worse but i FEEL BAD for this guy. Even Dr's face says it all...he just want to help him but his kinda doing everything, lost but hoping to see the light for this guy... praying for healing...KEEP IT UP DOC🙏♥️👏👏
So glad this guy is getting help from you ❤ paiin is horrendous xx Blessings ang get well soon xxxx
I feel bad for this person but at leas he is getting good care. I hope you feel better man 🙏🏼 sorry you have to go through so much pain
I’ve been there, I hope this guy gets better soon
I had chronic neck and upper back pain for 30 years. What really helped me to reduce the pain to a livable level was simply taking liquid D3 vitamin along with a great multivitamin (two each meal type of vitamin). I started taking these vitamins because my chiropractor told me too. I am forever thankful to him. It sounds stupid and to easy, but it worked for me. I am not saying this will work for everyone but if you have chronic neck and back pain, I recommend giving it a shot. The pain was noticeably less after a week or two and continued to improve as time went on.
This Doc is amazing..hes not doing the same thing to everyone.
Ive been to 3 or 4 chiropractors and they did the same exact thing. Ridiculous. So i went to get a massage once a month and a pedicure. What a diff.
Thank you Annette! Yes, everyone's adjustment is unique to their needs. Keep up with the massages and pedicures as well! Self care is important! YstrapDoc.com
I use the Y-strap for decompression as well. Whether my patient feels it all the way to the hips the first time it the fourth time, their reaction is almost always the same. Their eyes get really big, they curse like a sailor or praise the Lord and then they thank me and cry with joy and hug me. I've only been using this technique for about three years. I only wish that I'd known about it and used many more years ago! It always gets exactly what needs to be released in order to relieve their pain.
Before I had m Spine rebuilt and a ton of hardware added, my Chiropractor used moist heat with a TENS like device for thirty minutes before an adjustment, and after…I eventually started having a forty minute massage, then adjustment, then the moist heat TENS unit treatment. I was able to hold off surgery for many years. Now my condition is severe even with having had three spine surgeries. Plus, I can’t go to a chiropractor anymore because I’m fused, etc. I really hope and pray this guys gets the relief and healing he needs! I really feel for him! 💔🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
I feel your pain brother. Dealt with this exact same issue a few weeks ago, but not to your pain level. It was a misaligned rib pinching nerves and cartilage. Prayers to healing well!
Omg...hope ur ok
@@KH-dm9zmthank you. Much better and appreciated!
How did it get better? Meds or operating?
@@vtothegaintnothing I had a discetomy 2 weeks ago. There was no other choice. Surgeon said nothing would help my condition. I am on the road to recovery and should be good to go in a month or so.
My heart breaks for this poor man. 😢 thank you for helping him.
You’re very welcome
Great video again Dr, does this gentlemen suffer from fibromyalgia , he has the same reaction as me when getting treatment and any pressure on the muscles causes breathtaking pain. But respect to that gentlemen ,i had to stop a couple of times and i was to tense . Where you can see his is trying his best to relax which aids your effort to help . Greetings from Northern ireland
Fibromyalgia is mostly made up.
This poor guy, I have back problems but thankfully not that bad, ouch! Hope he gets the relief he needs.
Poor guy, that was hard to watch as I’ve been in that much pain once but he has it all the time, he is in good hands though and I wish him well, the road to recover is long
Man, this guy has really been going through some hell! Hoping you can keep getting a little closer to normality one visit at a time.
God I can feel this poor man’s pain 😢
Get well soon my brother. That's lot of pain there.
How did he get into this condition? I feel so bad for him my heart breaks for him. I just want him to get some relief. Is he on anti inflammatories?
I also suffer from chronic back pain, I know exactly how this patient feels! There are times when I want to die to stop feeling pain!
How is your pain going now?
@@isaiahxmimbres6856???
I’m so sorry.
Maybe a recent Xray or MRI will give you a little leaway as to what is going on with this guy.
I was in tears because I know his pain as I deal with it everyday.
Chiros do X-rays on all new patients
What happened to him? Car accident? I deal with pain on the daily, but this guy is next level! God please touch him with Your healing hands and reduce his pain.
My deepest sympathies for this man
what on earth is wrong? this seems to be some sort of systemic issue like ankylosing spondylitis but he is built like a wrestler. But I am glad to see his take his medicine like a champ
Poor guy. I wish him well.
That must be a sharp stabbing pain all over. But I like how DrC is very focused and go over sections by sections over n over again with different allignments. Unlike DrTubio who does the same allignmt for all his patients n Tubio do not run /massage the area of alligned/pain.. DrC is truly a gem & I'm sure he can help the guy in time slowly but surely.
Sometimes it takes many visits..people expect magic quickly! Playing calming music would be nice❤
I have a chiropractor friend who also does kinesiology, muscle testing when working on you. Brilliant results.
That's wonderful, Kipper! Kinesiology surely adds a different perspective to the treatment. Thanks for sharing!
I pray God will guide your hands to heal him. You are a great doctor
Thank you for your kind words and prayers, Edith!
We have been there.. the man is doing well with the pain his body is in
I think might be you have a lumbar disc fracture. I have the same pain as you described. I finally to get an X-ray. It showed I have lumbar fracture. No more cracking, my chiropractor was the one that ordered the X-ray and was the one that told me I have a fracture. Dr. Ayad Agha in Arizona is going to fix my fracture with kyphoplasty. I think you should have X-ray, mri before any cracking on possible broken back. Please take care ❤
Good doctor
I feel this dudes pains i really do and wow 3 times with the y strap hope dr helps this poor man and stuff
mans needs a medieval body stretcher contraption
These thumbnails get me every time
I wonder if anyone has ever measured his leg length. A 2cm discrepancy has really messed up my body, a heel lift has given me quite a bit of relief so far.
Man I feel for that gentleman. I was flinching as he gasped in pain several times.
After 4 treatments I’m feeling great!!!!!!
I plan on going weekly
I go to my local chiropractor
Dr C - since this is a 4 part series would be great to link the other episodes so we can easily watch
I feel his pain as well. I suffer from spina bifida occulta and am in constant pain. There are days when my back pain is so great that I feel it in my legs or right up to my neck. I was always misdiagnosed with muscle spasms until a couple yrs ago when x-rays provided the real cause.
Every day is a struggle, but I push through because I have to.
I like the video doc you had a lot of work cut out for you on him again your a good doc and take your time to listen to him as he pinpoint the most intense areas that's bothering him good vid doc
What happened to this man? My heart breaks each time he cries out....
Hes dead probably 😂😂😂
@okiksotam6763 man that's evil

Me too
This dude is what u call a weak cry baby wimp... he's never go get fixed he's to soft
Poor guy, I wish him the best
I feel so bad for him that is horrible pain!!
i almost wonder if in cases like this, if it wouldn't be beneficial to prescribe a single dose of muscle relaxers and a Xanax to help keep the patient from clenching up and fighting the adjustments.
Any updates on his latest condition? He has too much pain, did he try to have get a scan for adhesions?
I think the Doc will have him running around in no time. It’s a compressed nerve root in the Thoracic spine prob t-4 t-5. I had the same exact issue. 4 times with Doc and it was completely relieved
Guasha instrument would be useful for him, I bet. Hope he gets better soon!
I never understand those drop tables. They don’t appear as if they do anything. I’d love a chiro to explain.
They absorb the energy and force
I strongly and vehemently object to the caption stating "extremely traumatic" and "cracking", especially if it was created or approved by this chiropractic physician. I've been a chiropractic physician for 33 years. Although I treat people who've experienced trauma, I've never induced trauma to any of my patients. I also educate them about exactly what's occurring when the manipulation takes place in an effort to minimize or eliminate the use of words like cracking or popping. Joints that don't move as much as they should accumulate nitrogen gas. When the movement is restored and the subluxation or fixation is reduced, that gas is released producing cavitation. I feel it's important that patients not only experience pain relief but, that they also know why they were hurting and what I've done to get them out of pain. I also teach them the difference between symptom relief and correction.
Osgood-schlatter disease normally occurs around the knees showing a large bump under knee cap .. it is inflammation of the joints . He clearly has extreme inflammation of his joints.. a carbohydrate free diet might help him to reduce inflammation in his joints.. good luck on your recovery 👍
I feel your pain. I make the exact same sounds.
Oh my word....this poor guy is in so much pain.......😢...
Poor guy. I reel his pain just watching!
I know exactly what that good dude is going through. I have similar mobility and pain issues and I'm also over 400 lbs. I hope he feels a lot better soon.
Maybe it's because you are over 400lbs! Perhaps the start would be a diet and some exercises.
@@See-if_I_care I don't know the OP, but often times obesity is a symptom. If you are in the type of pain these folks are in, good luck working out. It essentially makes you sedentary. Does it help? No, but it is related to the overall health issues.

Has this man ever gotten his GALLBLADDER or his APPENDIX checked out? Because that pain hes feeling in his abdomen sounds exactly like either one of those or both of those and could be dangerous if not treated quickly.
Been there done that, good news is your in the right place 👍 you will improve, professional chiropractor right here and he goes the extra mile to stretch massage and manipulate the movement he so desperately needs. Immediately go get a deep tissue massage and repeat
I have titanium c3 to c6 cervical. Its been almost 20 yrs since surgery. Im holding out long as i can
I felt those hips cracking all the way in Oregon. Lord have mercy i bet that felt good. My lower back may or may not be jealous. It's totally jealous....
That really hurt to watch. I suffered from a herniated disc (L5/S1) and an impinged rotator cuff. Both of those sucked and I can’t imagine this guys pain.
The Gratefull Dead shirt though 🤙
Dude I was feeling your pain 😔
ahhhhh mannnnnn, i cant imagine the pain, poor guy
Idk how long this has been happening for him, but sometimes when you are in spasm like that you need a muscle relaxer and bed rest for 1-2 days and then gentle stretches. He needs a physical therapist AFTER imaging to see exactly what's going on that's causing so much pain. At least you'd know it's not something serious internally.
It's me again, I feel so good when I'm laying flat , have like no pain
