Three Schindler Elevators at the Aventura Apartments in Chesterfield, MO

(April 2024) Here is another newer apartment complex with some Schindler 3300s. This one has two buildings with a total of three elevators. These were installed in 2020 and are the typical newer style Schindler 3300 elevators.

Honestly this my favorite type of Schindler elevator because it runs better than a typical Mt or Ht and it’s not noisy like most Otis or Thyssenkrupp elevators either and it’s just as smooth as a Kone or Fujitec elevator! 👍🏻
