Hi Kong., i am clad you’re well. Why don’t you start replacing all your foundation wooden posts with concrete posts., as all the wooden posts under your house are slowly rooting away You still have time before they fail. Concrete post is the way forward. Good luck.

@@angelaewing-oe9sp They are untreated wood sitting in water with no foundation to raise them above water level or prevent them from sinking into the mud . The corner support (5:29) is already bowing and leaning. There is no protection against absorption of the water which causes the wood to swell and quickly rot. There is a large span under the majority of the weight of the house that has NO cross beams or support posts which is causing the few cross beams that he did install to sag and the ends of the flooring near his guard rails to pop up (5:28) and (13:49)

Kong, I think your house need more support. The stilt is a bit too thin and some more too long of exposure to water will make it rot eventually. Please consider.

I think you have to build a cement foundation those in water the thick is 5-6inches and the height is 7-8ft, because during rainy season if there's a bad weather disturbance some of the weeds, fallen trees in the upper part of that river pass through in that part if yours then blocked on your house foundation it's very risky as the heavy current going on👍👍👍

Forget to remind you that the duck's coop is a bit too close to your house 'cos there's bound to have stinking smell. It will make you loose appetite whenever you take your meals.

Leí un comentario,y creo que es una buena recomendación de poner los troncos que sujetan tu casita con una base en cemento. Si puedes hacerlo es más fijo y les dura mucho tiempo,y si viene mal tiempo pues no tengan problema.
