I love the way you adapted the lyrics, despite being pretty dark, it's really moving, and the sweetness of your voice gives a sense of nostalgia/anguish to the whole song (I don't know how to explain but that's the way I feel when I listen to your cover)❤❤❤

If there's one nitpick i have with this song, its that the way the written lyrics in the original starts to progressively fall apart throughout the song is not represented in any way.
Imo it does a really good job, representing carol's slow descent into madness, as she burns away her memories, turning into just a shell of her former self.
