South Korea strike twice in stoppage time to record famous win. The Korean scorers who celebrated the Germans celebrated. He bowed to the Korean World Cup, which defeated Germany for the first time in history. However, they are very happy with the achievement they achieved. Sweden top the group ahead of Mexico, where a 1-0 win would have taken Germany through.

The South Koreans were going home whatever the outcome of the match, they could have fielded a weakened team, they could have turned up not play and rolled over for the Germans, they could have called it quits at 90 minutes at 0-0 pride intact; but no they kept fighting, kept working kept trying for all of added time and won a deserved victory.
