Very interested to know where I could source the plastic dowel rods you used please? (UK) All I can get here is smoothy straws or awful, solid plastic things. I've never come across what you were using before....
Could you tell me please where did you buy your tool as I couldn't find any here similar to that bur plastic which won't last.
You can buy modelling tools aswell as everything in this video in most grocery stores. walmart costco etc or you can buy them online also modelling tools are usually plastic and as long as you're not rough with them they will last other than that she used a pizza cutter, EXACTO knife, dotting tool you can find nail art ones cheap which are metal, cake leveler, icing spatula and nail scissors

Ps. What's the green fruit loop looking thingys? Spring onions/shallots? They're the only little thing I'd change? They're too perfect & identical , need to be more random. The prawns however are absolutely spot on!!! 👍🏻👍🏻

Do you make your own fondant or do you purchase it? Is you purchase it, where do you buy it. I now black fondant is hard to achieve when coloring it by one's self.
