      A little white is not a problem, they get most of it off the road. Everyone needs to have winter tyres on the cars here, buy if you have a lot of loose snow, all the cars will get stuck.

      @@sustainablesolutions7976 exactly what I was going to say. Winter tires will have no issues with the thin layer of snow left behind. In some cases it may even be helpful for traction

    Which company doing the maintain of the roads in Finland ? It depends on location of the roads or is some national company, which has all roads under its rule ? I'm doing this job in Czech Republic but I would like to know if is possible to try this job in Finland. So I'm looking the information ...

      The big roads are under (Väylä) vayla.fi while "secondary" roads and roads in cities are under the responsibility of the various municipalities. And some minor roads are cared for by the people who live along it. If you are an independent contractor you can try to bid in an offer round at the municipality or Väylä, or option #2 is to be either employed by or to work as an independent subcontractor for a company that got the contract to clear the roads (examples are Destia and Yit, but there are a lot of different companies out there).
