How to make a FONDANT ROSE & RUFFLES, Quilted cake tutorial

I think this cake is beautiful, it took some doing but I think the end result is so pretty :D I hope you enjoy watching and would love some feedback from you!! If anyone attempts to create something similar from this video I'd love to see how it went!!

thank you for showing your talent first of all. i never thought of using a biscuit cutter and the bottom of a round spoon to form out roses. such a terrific idea. i really love the colours and theme you designed. yes we are all learning and no one is beyond learning. I also have difficulty smoothing fondant but have found that if i chill my cakes after crumb coating it helps. for being self-taught and willing to show your talent i thank you so much. you have shown me the use of my biscuit cutter idea. keep working on the talent that the Lord gave you. blessings

It was really nice, just lacked some finer details, the tops of the white cake didn't look level, they were both domed, should have been another layer of buttercream after the crumb coat to ensure the fondant looked smooth with smooth crisp edges. The diagonal lines weren't symmetrical and they were deeper in some places. But you had some really great ideas for when you don't have a lot of tools, it can be expensive to get everything.
