stop blaming karan for everything. mind u he is the brother of Sid Roy Kapoor , he could have got backed by his brother if he had the pull. Aditya is a OTT hero, he has to be in the ensemble if he wants to be in the big ticket picture.
I don't see it in Siddarth Malhotra who is also praised for his looks. But I must say I sure see it in Aditya Roy Kapoor 😍😍😍

Night Manager was an OTT release but I do feel that it is after the release of MALANG ADI got his due of being a credible actor.
I think aditya roy kapur should consider doing indie films and unique films with new doors to open not commercials which dont guarantee ur success except failures
he should ask Ranbir for scripts becz Ranbir is terrific actor and script selector

Most underrated actor!
He said he didn’t realise this but I do think there’s a downside to his looks. For example I never expect him to be as smart as he sounds in interviews. He’s got a good vocab and is very articulate. He’s also never really speaking to impress and does really answer the questions asked. Don’t know how much of that is planned or PR-designed but it seems spontaneous, at least.
Adi got this simple and realistic charm to him which kind of connects to people I guess
I loved this guy in Ashiqui 2 ... That movie was something else, with the acting of the protagonists and its music and songs (especially music and songs) ... Unfortunately, I haven't seen him in a project as good that one ... Hope to see more of him.

POV No actors should be 'Ok ' whith being objectified himself or herself as they should entertain people with their acting talent not by exposing themselves. But unfortunately most of the Bollywood stars are happy of being objectified themselves.
Was ARK ever really known for his acting chops like EVER in his career? Let's be honest! He himself doesn't mind being objectified and being known as Ananya's boyfriend and Ranbir's best friend instead of his work and acting capabilty! He only cares about stardom and living a luxurious life. If he truly had any respect or love for acting, he would have improved substantially by now instead of occupying and stealing opportunities from more deserving actors!
@@nikitamohan3390 I didn't know if he had stolen someone's role or whether is he trying to steal other actor's role as you have mentioned, but what I feel is that whatever role he has played till date , he fully deserved those roles as he had done full justice to them ( No matter whether those films were a box office success or not) He is a good actor.. But I think he is not serious about his career as he lacks ambition. And again nobody should be "ok" with being objectified himself or herself.

Cuz it feels like he's occupying and stealing a more deserving and gifted actor's place in the industry especially now when he indirectly admitted he doesn't mind being in the news for his looks, dating life and superficial stuff instead of his acting, which should be the No 1 priority and MOST important thing!

Cuz I have seen some horrible and lazy acting from him on screen! Most of his films have been box office flops, so if he wasn't a producer's brother, he would have been kicked out of the industry a LONG time ago if he did not have any connections saving him! And like you pointed out his lack of ambition and passion and respect for acting is the BIGGEST reason why I said I feel he did not deserve his place in the industry or the opportunities he was squandering, which could have been performed FAR BETTER by more deserving and hungrier actors!
