Microphone Settings Windows 11 - Fix Low Microphone Volume This video will show you how to fix your microphone on Windows 11 and get it working at the volume that you want.
Hi! My name is Michael Hele and I'm going to show you a few quick fixes for those of us who use Windows 11 as our operating system. The first thing we're going to look at is adjusting the microphone settings so that we can make sure we hear ourselves clearly, without any background noise or echo coming through. Secondly, we'll explore ways in which you can increase your computer's volume output by changing some of its default settings. We will also look at Microphone Privacy settings.
How to fix low microphone volume windows
If your microphone isn't detected after updating Windows, you may need to give your apps permission to use it.

Unfortuently, none of these options helped. And it's not just my one mic, it's all of them that are giving lower-than-whisper-levels volume, even though I've set everything to max and all the device drivers are updated, I can't seem to make my voice louder. Do you have any other suggestions? The only one I can think about it to try rolling back the last updates on my laptop.

maybe worth going to setting > then looking for "Volume Mixer" under System > Sound > Volume Mixer.. you'll see volume output.
is it an analogue microphone? some computer's mic inputs does not give enough voltage to the microphone. What Mic and or audio interface do you have?

my microphone volume is fine when i have opened voice input setting in background. but when i close it my microphone input volume becomes tooo low whyy??? everything is fine still i,m facing this problem after windows 11 update
