I had a disc herniation in the back vertebrae, don't sit too much. When my father died, I had to constantly move, so my disease getting worse. Doctor requested surgery, I am trying to treatment the conserve.
I will try to do tutorial every 2 days once at 19h (Vietnam time, 2 hours later than before) with simple pattern.

If your hernia is not in the third level ,can be solved without surgery dear heart. And yes need to avoid sitting to much down in chair...bcz your spine compress the nerves ,so from here pains and problems . Maybe even the cartilage is less ...that can be again a problem. But if is not the third level ( that means at list 5 times pains than when start the pain ,effectively to cannot stay in the chair ,or to walk ) you can do therapy with a chiropractor doctor ,if you have there . Email me to can tell you few exercises to have less pains and slowly to solve this problem. God Bless you !
Thank you, I'm doing physical therapy and rehabilitation with my doctor every day. Every day I only work 30'-1h. The rest is personal activity and repose.

I hope you are feeling better. I have back problems, too. When I work on jewelry (at home), I lay on my bed with pillows behind me, and I have a lap-desk to work on. (The lap-desk looks like a tray with a raised edge so things don't roll off, and it has a pillow-type bottom that is attached. The "pillow" is loosely filled with tiny, plastic beads, so it changes it's shape and rests comfortably in my lap.) AND- A lap-desk should put your work at a good height for your arms, shoulders and back.
If that isn't practical. Who has a bed at work? A chair that tilts back a little, but has support for your head(?), might help take pressure off your back while you sit. A lap-desk might still help while sitting in a chair. Another thing that helps me is taking a break to stand and stretch my back by reaching for my toes. It helps open up the spaces in my back that are too tight. ... Try different positions, and do what you can. Try to take care of yourself first. I hope you find relief.
