a buddy of mine when i mentioned what safari forms thought it was a reference to toqger's summer movie mech safari gaoh... for the record he's never seen toqger or boonboomger i however just finished toqger earlier this year... after 10 years
To me, the face on safari looks like a raccoon instead of a tiger.
I think it looks like a panda in my opinion but I also see a raccoon

why is Boonboomger just Ryusoulgerr with cars in place of the dinosaurs?
