Starting around 4:40, the guy with the glove-ish things. Probably doesn't want to spend his own money on a real pair. Just uses the provided gloves and tape from work. He deserves a raise or at least some better gloves.

Nice factory video, but these Kasumi knives are really overpriced for being stamped VG10. Plenty of independent knife makers in Japan to choose from, hand forged and with a greater array of steel selection.
