Nice one, takes me back as had the same bike and colour about 22 years ago! Got a canvas on my office wall from an 'arty' pic my mate took back then. Didn't realise how heavy the K1200RS was until I looked it up to compare to a couple of bikes I'm looking at now! Enjoy!

@@Smiles_per_gallon01 Had mine about a year, (Y reg too) and had it serviced once. Was about £200 I think back then! A grand to get yours fixed up isn't too bad, hope you get many miles out of her, should be reliable enough 🙂
I have the same exact motorcycle, now i have Michelin road gt4 tyres. But i probably will change them soon for a set of Dunlop Mutants, suposed to be great from what i hear.

Same here. Mine is a 2002 K1200 rs se in Pacific Blue 2 the same colour as the machine featured in this Vid. This superb bike has a Remus exhaust system + front and rear Ohlin Shocks and is finally back from a complete refurbishment care of BMW Bristol which took just over 7 months. Love it !
The Ohlin's were installed by JHS Racing in Bristol and the front Shock rebuilt by Tom and Marc Bridewell who've done most of the servicing of my beloved K1200.

Olins shocks are they fitted standard ?. Mate you've got a great bike, I love mine. Ride safe mate
