I have the experience of visiting the Lemurians inside Mt. Shasta everyday since early July 2023. I am a descendent of the Lemurian civilization and when I visited Mt. Shasta for the first time in July this year, in my light body I visited the Lemurians inside the mountain. Of course I was shocked the first time it happened. It has been beyond amazing. I have heard many varying stories also and my experience is similar in some respects to others and dissimilar in other ways. Once inside the mountain I shape shift into what I believe is the shape they currently take on. There are tunnels under the mountain, it is a network of tunnels and it is many layers. These Lemurians are here to help balance the energy of Mother Earth. They do not speak in words, all communication is telepathic, they are in light body so they do not eat. I visit them daily. They are peaceful, gentle and kind. One of the ways they show affection is by touching the back of one's left hand, I think. I've observed this and experienced it and it feels like an affectionate gesture. They are teaching me many things and just visiting their way of life is astonishing.

4th generation Shasta native here. My mom is pushing 80 & remembers her much older step dad having conversations about blonde people living deep inside Mt Shasta. So these conversations happened over 70 years ago. One of the conversations she remembers the most is when she interrupted the adults talking, which you were not supposed to do. Her step father pulled her aside and basically said, all of what you heard is true & don't let anyone tell you differently. There are blonde people living deep inside MT Shasta. They weren't described as tall or aliens, nor did they have a magical city or speak telepathically. But he claimed to have seen & visited them more than once.
I can remember my mom bringing this up to me decades ago when we would go back to visit my great grandparent's home.
You should make a video about it with them.

What I noticed when I lived there was that there always seemed to be a lot of military helicopter activity on days there were lenticular clouds 🤷🏼♀️
Probably because all them wasn't actually clouds some of them were just UFOS 🛸 pretending to be clouds as far as the military goes they were just there to make sure that the UFO arrived at its destination safely and to insure that the public didn't realize what was really going on it's just protocol it actually makes sense if you think about it because why would the military waste time to escort clouds Lol 😂

I saw the same person ,tall old man with long hair ,little skinny and he’s wearing a white long gown or robe and he is shining ,this is the time when I ask about to connect with my ancestors and I saw him twice and he’s face is very clear and I can even recognized him if he walks with us . I can’t forget his face ,his kind to me and like he shown me all my ancestors who are with me . He’s standing in the middle with those people around him and those people I can’t remember the faces ,he’s the only person i remembered . Before that I am drawn on listening to Lemurian songs ,I know I was from Lemuria in my past lives . It’s one of my unforgettable past lives maybe that’s why it was shown to me during my meditation.

you guys left out their ascension to higher plane, thereby negating the need to ''fit them inside of'' mount shasta (in this plane).. shasta just happens to be an outward 3rd density expression visible on the earth plane, that coincides with a ''chakra'' or psychic energy portal so-to-speak located at Mt Shasta.
They're not aliens. They're advance humans, our ancestors in a way, who figured out how to get way past where we are now. . .

3 times our home was destroyed.. and the most recent of them.. we had Large Vessel boat Ships saving thousands of us.. the first 2 ships were full sailing off, by the 3rd ship.. there were great walls of fires on the island as we sailed off to saftey..that is when we sailed off to the mountains.. secret Cave dwellings.. they spoke to us..as we all were in a frenzy.. we lost many brothers and sisters 💔 😪

Came from an old sci fi/fantasy novel.
I listened to a video on here which said some kind of intergalactic war occurred and the soles of alien beings went into a volcano, when it erupted the soles went down into the land or something along the lines of that. I can’t find that video but this reminds of that story. The “skinwalker ranch” thing about the natives cursing the land and so no digging allowed, I think it’s bc the government are under that exact area including miles of other areas underground. Just imagine how deep the government underground tunnels are? I truly believe that a war breaks out here on earth and the government planned this so the depopulation plan can take effect, they however get to hide out underground. The children who are born in this underground city begin to evolve as they have families all born underground and this is where maybe the alien looking beings come from.
