I think it'll be bad for Techno to lose, losing in his own game of PvP, Techno's fans love him for his PvP skills from Minecraft Monday, so them seeing him getting beaten by Dream, which isn't even a big PvP, he's more of a speedrunner of the game, is gonna hurt Techno's reputation, while Dream on the other hand if he loses, don't think there will be any uproar, I love both of them as content creators and i don't have any expectations, but this is just my 2 cents on what will happen to their reps if they lose

Now this is my opinion and all but personally I feel like this 1v1 can ruin one of the two's fan bases. Why I think this is because of standards, I mean look at techno's fans, they have super high standards for him even in the most stressful times. Yes its mainly a joke, but there are people who truly hold standards to him. So lets say techno loses the duel, the amount of unethical criticism would suck for him emotionally. I dont know as much about dreams fan base, but I feel like there are the same type of people in both. This tournament is super hype and amazing, but also could shatter a fanbase. I'm probably over thinking it but its just how I feel like it'll turn out
