Most would have no idea how to handle this type of weather. I drove through illinois after a blizzard and the idiots couldnt even plow the roads right. Nothing quite like a proper plow truck barreling down the road hahahaha.

I walk to work in all the blizzards. You need snowpants, a facemask, goggles, hand warmers, mittens, a jacket and a parka and great boots.
