Hello. Both builders are at the top of my list. I rate a builder by three things. 1. construction quality. 2. Value..what you get for your money. 3. Customer service....how well do they communicate and address issues throughout the construction and well past the purchase. If I were to choose one over the other, I would choose Highland.
