104 SFC Officers promoted, urged to be committed and hardworking.

The Deputy Commander of the Special Forces Command (SFC) Brig Gen Asaph Nyakikuru has advised the newly promoted Army Officers to double their committment and efforts towards service because the UPDF expects alot from them.
