Bakugou doesnt throw explosions, he makes a chain of explosions in the direction of the target. Lastly, Izuku doesnt throw green electricity, it's something that appears around him.
correction: shoto makes ice through his body, his temperature on one side of his body is cold and the other is warm. bakugo makes explosions through his sweating. izuku’s quirk is being strong. the green “electricity” is just an effect to show his quirk.
