woah... that's wild! Would never ruin such an amazing place. The rodents & birds have done a bit of a number on it, but it could be up and running with just a little work. We were there last week and ran into 5 wolves on the lake shore (video to come!).
@@thomaslawson177 literally watching 2 mule deer in my backyard right now.... Thursday is scouting a new spot after work and Sunday hunting 20 minute drive to crown land is a solid reason to move away from the Lower Mainland😆
@@WeBuildStuff Unreal... a skunk or a racoon is all the wildlife I'll see in Van haha. 20 mins to crownland is hard to beat! Good luck this season, let me know if you're successful! We're heading out tmw morning for our hunt. Stay tuned for a video!

I really enjoy the Cariboo area- It produces some mature deer! Did you have a crack at the wolf? October bucks are notoriously elusive haha, sounds like a wicked trip! (except for the lack of bucks lol)
Unreal! It'll become an obsession at some point haha, I recommend joining hunting groups on facebook (specifically the region you want to hunt). People are friendly and it's a fun community- good luck out there man!
I've received feedback from viewers on keeping locations more low-key (which I totally understand and want to respect), so unfortunately, I'll be keeping the hunting areas more on the down-low. However, if you can figure it out - get out there and have fun :)

just hunted in cariboo region east of 70 mile house. we saw 2 bears, 1 moose, 1 wolf,4 does, dozen grouse and ZERO bucks!!!
