At 4:52 if you go to the game difficulty settings you can tweak the driving aids including the ability to drift without help. Love the content bro!

i found a good setting for drifting coolkid turn drift assist to comfort, counter steering off and wheel fb at 35 and damper at 60 trust me it so easy with this setting
