Hello Family❤ When you bought the pressure cooker, I was wondering if you understand the danger of pressure cookers if the lid is opened before pressure release 😰 Lucky you didn’t get hurt.
The first time I used pressure cooker, I burned my hand from the heat of the pressure steam 🫣🤭🤣 I gave up using it too 😂
Awee try it again, I think you will be fine once you understand it.

When buying a preasure cooker pot,always buy a stainless steel one.Cause when cooking in a Alloy one,the alloy gets into the food.And yes always release the presure befor opening.Also the seal under the lid should always be clean,so that it seals correctly !!.
