Namaskar, Nice question sir Actually the supreme entity is infinte and is everywhere but devotion helps us to feel a very closest proximity with him like father and his son. For example : air is everywhere but in summer days when the scorching heat of sun burns our body and we feel like there is no air that can calm or can cool us...but when we get in front of fan or air conditioner we feel heavenly....due to that air... similarly devotion is like fan which can help u to feel the supreme entity. Q.2 : god is neither male or female (gender) because somehow gender is an bondage and the god is beyond all bondage but mostly " He " is used to refer god because if spirituality seen god is composite form of purusha(conciesness) and prakriti (energy) {but the main thing here we should remember is that purusha and prakriti are not diffrent entities they are same and one not two totally different entity I can elaborate this but this is not our topic so yes..we humans don't have that much brain to learn about supreme entity who is one so we distribute (only to understand) as purusha and prakriti. But the main thing here is that purusha is the dominanting entity over prakriti (energy) { just like in our body our energy (the work) works under the jurisdiction of concisness it is not blind energy... Similarly the purusha is also dominanting entity hence prakriti is "his energy". But when explaining about god here purusha doesn't means a boy or a male it is totally diffrent (it is a big topic to be explained) so in general form people used he for god as they know the dominance of purusha over prakriti. And if logically speaking we cannot say her it will totally genderise god or nor we can say that(used for inanimate things). So due to grammatical things he or his is used for god.

Q- is the Supreme Entity 'FINITE' ? is it NOT present EVERYWHERE ?
The word " HIM' means that the supreme entity is a living being..and a MALE. --- This is questionable/doubtful.

Actually the supreme entity is infinte and is everywhere but devotion helps us to feel a very closest proximity with him like father and his son. For example : air is everywhere but in summer days when the scorching heat of sun burns our body and we feel like there is no air that can calm or can cool us...but when we get in front of fan or air conditioner we feel heavenly....due to that air... similarly devotion is like fan which can help u to feel the supreme entity.
Q.2 : god is neither male or female (gender) because somehow gender is an bondage and the god is beyond all bondage but mostly " He " is used to refer god because if spirituality seen god is composite form of purusha(conciesness) and prakriti (energy) {but the main thing here we should remember is that purusha and prakriti are not diffrent entities they are same and one not two totally different entity I can elaborate this but this is not our topic so yes..we humans don't have that much brain to learn about supreme entity who is one so we distribute (only to understand) as purusha and prakriti. But the main thing here is that purusha is the dominanting entity over prakriti (energy) { just like in our body our energy (the work) works under the jurisdiction of concisness it is not blind energy...
Similarly the purusha is also dominanting entity hence prakriti is "his energy". But when explaining about god here purusha doesn't means a boy or a male it is totally diffrent (it is a big topic to be explained) so in general form people used he for god as they know the dominance of purusha over prakriti.
And if logically speaking we cannot say her it will totally genderise god or nor we can say that(used for inanimate things). So due to grammatical things he or his is used for god.
