I am so glad you did this review! Sweet Temptation Tulabelle True is so much more beautiful in hand! I absolutely love this doll and she is my favorite amongst the group. Also, the packaging is amazing and I plan to frame it.❤
I know a lot of people didn't love that the dolls weren't super cohesive together, but I feel like they did a really spectacular job offering something for more or less every taste. I also thought the individual offerings were almost universally more impressive than Stay Tuned. I thought the choice to do far more products in smaller editions was really great. To me IT is all about catering to specific niches, and they really can't do that with giant editions. I hated how much shit they got during COVID, and it was annoying constantly hearing about how the company was going to hell. The 2023 offerings (that weren't "Moments") were in my eyes some of the best they've ever had. Curated was great. The Schiaparelli inspired FRs blow most classic FR dolls well out of the water. (And it's nice to not see more boring siren gowns for Jesse.) Turning Green Poppy is great. The two Neutral Code dolls we've gotten so far are lovely. (I also can't wait to get Chain Reaction.) The trunk is fabulous. I ordered two and hope they do more pieces for it. All five of the Club dolls had extra pieces, which is great. They've come back swinging HARD. They've clearly been listening to what people have been asking for. My one complaint is that the East 59th dolls, which are my favorite line were way, way to stripped back. Charge me more and give me more pieces.
I loved Merry and Bright Della but couldn't find her anywhere for retail price, though I did manage to get Frosted Passion Della. While I prefer the first doll, every Della other than Frosted Passion looks so similar. I'd love to see her with a really short cut, really long, reddish hair, just anything different. I don't understand the decision to give most of the Della dolls a similar look.
Tulabelle is by far at the very top of my favorite list along with (Poppy,Ginger, Erin,Adele, Nadja and Agnes) I was lucky enough to get Both Tulabelle and Erin. I also won Della and Isabella.
I'm sorry I didn't get Tulabelle and try for Erin. I always look for reasons to not buy a doll, but those two turned out exceptionally well. On the plus side, I had money when Integrity had the sale before Christmas, so I picked up some dolls then. There were certainly a lot of doll options bunched at the end of the year.
Loved the video guys. My favorite is Tulabelle. I wasn't able to pre-order her, but I did get a nude one. Might need to buy a second though, she is stunning. I think I liked bits of every other doll but not everything about them. I entered for Erin for a friend and didn't win, I guess I'm the only one that is not at all into tantrum Erin. I just like her dress but not enough to love her. I like the basic more 😅.
