Another cool bug that prevents Six from getting kidnapped: if before going to the TV, you go into the bedroom and place a lot of toys under the table where Six initially hides during that sequence, she’ll get bugged and won’t run there when the Thin Man appears, and her model will still be there after the animation where he takes her. Me and my son did it for the hell of it on our second play through. I have pictures of it on my Steam account if anyone cares for proof

@@mocchilla he uses the hunter glitch, skipping all the hunter " shootings " so, he doesn't do the full game. it's not "cheating" but i consider it a "fake speedrun" because he doesn't actually play the game entirely, he uses glitches to get around the game, which isn't really the "point" of a speedrun. yes, in speedruns you can use shortcuts and other paths rather than going the way you're "supposed" to, but he skips an entire boss, (and possibly more, (i haven't watched the full thing) which isn't a speedrun in my opinion.
i hope someone plays through the entire game and not use glitches 😅

T-posing Six always makes me laugh.
A lot of people accidently do this, and it's not much of a glitch, but here we go. In the scene where the teacher is hitting something and you're above her, run to the other side right after falling out of the vent. You can keep walking if you grab the jar that usually falls and notifies her someone is there. Then you just wait until she puts her neck back and you can jump up to the next level.
Jackscepticeye accidentally broke the two jars that alert that teacher when you jump out of the vent and make them fall so she wasn't alerted, sadly he messed up with the other jar you mentioned and gets eaten xD
This video didn't show every single glitch and skip, there are a ton that weren't mentioned. There's actually an even faster strat that you can do where you don't have to wait and can climb the rope immediately.
@@ika-i A lot of glitches I see are from Thinknoodles and Valkyrae, they both play chaotically. I don't know how those jars didn't break though lol

Underrated
Most things got patched today, but the runners will just use the older patch to run the game. "Current Patch" might become a nice NMG (No Major Glitches) additional category though.
When you restart the checkpoint where you jump out of the window and fall into the lake with the hunter, you will spawn under the planks and you can move forward until the hunter came
little nightmares : the maw ( geisha ) / little nightmares 2 : the signal tower (thin man) / little nightmares 3 : the cycle (The Eye man) , that what we need

*Update:* Mono has been now yeeted out of existence somewhere beneath the map and I am no longer able to pause the game. All I can see are Six and the Hunter. Both look very concerned.

I used fuse skip in my playthrough after I saw it in a speedrun, I really thought I wouldn’t get it but I got it first try, it’s so unbelievably easy to pull off

I realized this isn't some new skip because of the killing the bullies with the falling dresser but I'm still saying it because this might be easier. I found something involving an encounter with the teacher. When she's slapping her ruler on the desks, when your in the cabinet where that vent is, go out enough so you can jump. Jump to get the teachers attention so she will chase you. You need to go in the cabinet vent so that it moves to the next room but exit the cabinet and go back to the classroom ASAP and the teacher should disappear. You can run out of the classroom with no enemy to worry about.

2 other skips that are very easy when mono goes into the tv for the 3rd and final time and finds the thin man after you open the door you can reload checkpoint and skip six pulling mono out and the introduction to thinman also at chapter 2 there’s a can right after you enter the school you can pick it up and solve the painting puzzle in a few seconds
Side note: I don’t know if you covered this already in a diff vid so sorry in advance

I figured out the super jump skip(the one with six's raincoat) by myself by remembering a skip you can do in little nightmares(the first game)to skip the chair near the beginning

There is a speedrun tip that can save around 15 seconds when your on the door floating to the city wait till you get past the floating tvs and restart from checkpoint and you will respawn on the beach

I love some of the shenanigans that can be pulled off by speed runners, some of them I actually class as outright cheating (which I dont mind in a single player game but call a spade a spade) and I find it bizarre just how much the ""rules"" for a given category get pushed especially any of the ""glitchless"" runs.

Question. I was curious to see if the glitch at 0:35 would work on console, so I gave it a whirl. I’ve tried it out MANY MANY times, and I do get launched in the air, but the game bugs and the camera sinks into the bottomless pit, causing me to restart from that checkpoint.
Are there certain controls I have to time, because I’m at a lost here. Oof
Im looking for a speed glitch or something to try get the jump of the final bridge without six help, and see if you can have a happy ending without hacks or something like that or if the game will just crash

i was playing through it the first time and i wanted to explore everything, and i examined the area and when i came out of the first room with the fuse, i ran past the second fuse thinking "let me check out this area first" not realizing it was the way i was supposed to go anyway

Bro on my first playthrough one of my friends was watching me so I closed the game after the first power cell segment and when I logged in the next day, the other power cell was already there. When I beat the game I was like "huh, did they take the mannequin segment out of the game or something? 🤔" I didn't know what had happened until Jacksepticeye played it through lol
