Also I will add that I listen to Dr Berry MD who has almost 3 million subscribers, where I heard about Ozempic. I'm glad you shared that. Dr Berry wrote "Lies My Dr Told me". I had given up all hope if Dr's healing me at age 62. I was fat, sick and hopeless. Been on every diet, starved, lost 2 lbs, gained back 20 because it wasn't sustainable on the Standard American Diet (S.A.D.). I found Keto and started to lose some weight and was never hungry. But the most amazing thing, I started reversing my ailments! Got myself off ALL meds! Reverses bp, Gerd, sleep apnea ( after day 3!), pre-diabetes, and pre esophageal cancer! And I finally weighed myself ( I just trusted the plan) and I had lost 80lbs! I fired my Dr and health insurance! I'm now 66 y.o. and feel better than ever! Their son and his children were non believers, but my husband is a believer. The earthquake was in Oklahoma Tom and I were out and when it hit I thought someone hit the back of my chair, I looked around and everyone was like earthquake. It was two miles deep very shallow it really shook. It rumbled for an entire minute! A month or so there was a big 4.0 real close to our farm now a 5.1 getting bigger and longer. Your comments about medical care was good, finding a balance between science, medical information, experience, etc. I am 76 and have had some sad/wrong and good outcomes in my family's experiences. Politically our limited knowledge about other Americans and yes, we are an Immigrant country unless we are "Native American" our experiences and opinions are even more diverse and probably all have experienced big divisions of "opinions". We seem to be allowing this diversity to divide us and it is heartbreaking. For years now, I have been dismayed about this "divide and conquer" attitude that has become some politicians avenue to power. It's not easy to understand God's calendar and that's why most people reject it and are lost to actually understanding what is happening in our world today. I agree that the accountability is to be expected. However, I refused signing because of one Generals name. He has saved us . Several like myself were shocked that his name was on that list. Checked with a seasoned veteran and he said do not put your info on these. Notice it was "hacked" the first time? And was being redone. Hearing you speak about your mother’s Bible had me checking my Grandmother’s Bible that was printed in 1949 by the Catholic Book Publishing Co, printed & bound in the U.S.A. … and I also located my mother’s Bible given to her by her Mother (printed on that inside first page) and that was printed in 1962 also by the Catholic Book Publishing Co in New York. My mother’s Bible has those tab things that stick out from the pages on the right hand side to make finding specific books of the Bible easier to find. They both have that “old book” smell. I donated many Bibles to my local Catholic Church but I couldn’t bear to part with these two. Unsure what is actually different from the regular Bible and a Catholic Bible although I do see these Bibles don’t have the Book of Revelation. The last book is called the Apocalypse! Yikes, images of fire & brimstone!

I had to pull my headphones off to see if the dogs were on my end or yours-LOL. We just got out of the middle east and we certainly don't need a reason to provoke them again. I am glad I refused all of the injections. I have several conditions that said if I got it I would die yet I have survived three bouts with it. Only the first was bad and the last was only 3 days. I was on Ozempic and it was working for my diabetes. We had to switch to a different med, that is much less effective because my pharmacy (and none of the local pharmacies) were able to get it, because doctors were prescribing it for weight loss. It caused a shortage for diabetics who need it.

(a natural reduction in how much the body produces) Strawberries have five different kinds of acids: citric, malic, ascorbic, ellagic, and pantothenic. I guess my body doesn't over-produce digestive acids when I consume a little extra via the berries. Anyway, it seems to work for me.

No, just pretty good diet, and I only wash it once a week. I use really good shampoo and conditioner but not necessarily ones I would recommend. There might be more natural ones. I pin it up after I wash it to keep it from getting too frizzy. Truly, it's not that thick. If it were, my bun, when I pull it back would be much fatter. Just gives that appearance.

The earthquake was in Oklahoma Tom and I were out and when it hit I thought someone hit the back of my chair, I looked around and everyone was like earthquake. Your comments about medical care was good, finding a balance between science, medical information, experience, etc. I am 76 and have had some sad/wrong and good outcomes in my family's experiences. Politically our limited knowledge about other Americans and yes, we are an Immigrant country unless we are "Native American" our experiences and opinions are even more diverse and probably all have experienced big divisions of "opinions". We seem to be allowing this diversity to divide us and it is heartbreaking. For years now, I have been dismayed about this "divide and conquer" attitude that has become some politicians avenue to power. Well, human nature, tribal warfare which has been forever since the existence of humans. As a new country it was supposed to be different for all of us? Hopefully, our collective humanity as a country recognizes that our success is imperative and relies on COMPRISE and remembering we already put a man on the moon!!!

Consider that with modern astronomy we can accurately know exactly what day and year things happened in the Bible. Daniel's prophecies set out a very detailed timeline as to what year the Messiah would appear and right on time Yeshua came, but why didn't everybody believe? Heck! When you use God's calendar which is an astronomical calendar based on moon phases and the seasons like when the calendar begins with the barley in Israel, and all the 7-year sabbatical cycles and jubilee's, etc., we actually do have a timeline whereby we know we are "at Matthew", as you phrased it. It's not easy to understand God's calendar and that's why most people reject it and are lost to actually understanding what is happening in our world today. What is just a few "some years away" is the arrival of the two witnesses. It's later than you think. I agree that the accountability is to be expected. However, I refused signing because of one Generals name. He has saved us . Several like myself were shocked that his name was on that list. Checked with a seasoned veteran and he said do not put your info on these. Notice it was "hacked" the first time? And was being redone. The veteran told us any time we sign up with email address, personal info etc, we are having that info sold. There will be a better way to achieve accountability.
I wish I knew and I hope they learn what that way is. But, I understand. Don't know which was not on it, and don't know which General has saved us. Hearing you speak about your mother’s Bible had me checking my Grandmother’s Bible that was printed in 1949 by the Catholic Book Publishing Co, printed & bound in the U.S.A. … and I also located my mother’s Bible given to her by her Mother (printed on that inside first page) and that was printed in 1962 also by the Catholic Book Publishing Co in New York. My mother’s Bible has those tab things that stick out from the pages on the right hand side to make finding specific books of the Bible easier to find. They both have that “old book” smell. I donated many Bibles to my local Catholic Church but I couldn’t bear to part with these two. Unsure what is actually different from the regular Bible and a Catholic Bible although I do see these Bibles don’t have the Book of Revelation. The last book is called the Apocalypse! Yikes, images of fire & brimstone!

I stopped taking statins as I read how bad they were. My doctor wasn't happy but since my last job was in surgery and I was working on my medical administration degree I am not an idiot in the medical field and I have no problem looking up drugs and side effects. I had to pull my headphones off to see if the dogs were on my end or yours-LOL. We just got out of the middle east and we certainly don't need a reason to provoke them again. I am glad I refused all of the injections. I have several conditions that said if I got it I would die yet I have survived three bouts with it. Only the first was bad and the last was only 3 days. I prayed for the young lady. I agree with you Kaye that all is spoken of in our Bible. The earthquake was here in Oklahoma. I went to bed early and didn't have a clue till I woke up and everyone of Facebook was speaking of it. Wow 50! In April I hit 60. Take care!

I was on Ozempic and it was working for my diabetes. We had to switch to a different med, that is much less effective because my pharmacy (and none of the local pharmacies) were able to get it, because doctors were prescribing it for weight loss. It caused a shortage for diabetics who need it.

I have a very old family Bible. My ancestors (father's side) Welsh & English. Mothers side, Irish, Dutch, Scandinavian, German (Bavaria). As far as big pharma goes, I vaccinate (never had a problem with any since childhood), and I take an antibiotic when I'm absolutely sure I need one. I eat strawberries INSTEAD OF taking Prilosec, a proton pump inhibitor that decreases the amount of acid produced in the stomach. I was once told that eating them gives you a little extra acid for digestion. Sounds counter-intuitive, right? If I am consuming acids found naturally in food, my stomach does not need to produce more. (a natural reduction in how much the body produces) Strawberries have five different kinds of acids: citric, malic, ascorbic, ellagic, and pantothenic. I guess my body doesn't over-produce digestive acids when I consume a little extra via the berries. Anyway, it seems to work for me.

No, just pretty good diet, and I only wash it once a week. I use really good shampoo and conditioner but not necessarily ones I would recommend. There might be more natural ones.
