Just traded my 2014 Black Street Glide for a 2023 Sand White Pearl Street Glide ST. This is probably the best HD I've owned. I added slip-ons, 12" meathook bars and a Lapera DLL seat. This bike really is a TQ machine. My only complaint being 6'2" was the snorkel filter, it was right against my chin. I swapped it out for a slim ventilator breather and much more comfortable. Even though the HD suspension was OK, I've been riding on Legend suspensions for years, already swapped out stock for Revo-A's. This color combo is the best I've seen in a while. Great video!

The ST platform is great. Can't beat the 117. However I just did a SE8 447 CAM on my RGS. The stage 2 114 eats up my 117 CVO now. Ride safe and enjoy. 👊👍✌️
That color.....Wow!!! It doesn't do any justice here, seeing it at the dealership looked even majestic. This bike is paramount.
The ST 117 is perfect. Well balanced, power and reliability. That white sand pearl tho....gorgeous! An arch angel from above.

Yes sir. LHH-D Horsepower Headquarters can recommend how to make this engine reach 140+HP. With the right cam, manifold, and the correct 2-1 thunder header x series exhaust, it’s capable to make monster power and sound good doing it.
So about 3 weeks ago I was trying to buy the Road Glide ST here in Florida, but couldn’t make a deal happen… the Snorkel on the right side was a bit off-putting but would have taken the bike home had the dealer made even the slightest effort to earn my business. They wouldn’t budge off of MSRP plus, plus, plus… so ended up getting a better equipped Indian Challenger Dark Horse in Titanium Smoke. (More horsepower, more torque, better equipment on the Indian). But did like the Harley and I thought I would never say that.
Indian makes some incredible motorcycles, I was tempted to shop around for one myself. Glad to hear that it worked out and you got a great motorcycle! Congratulations on your new bike and thank you for watching. Be safe and send me some pictures of that bike! 🇺🇸🤘🏻🤘🏻
I'm a Harley guy but the Indian is a much much better bike. If I had a dealer that wasn't 100 miles from me I would have a Challenger also.

I like the 117. I rode a cvo roadglide limited. The 117 felt much much better than the 114 on the ultra limited. I look forward to more test rides and reviews. Unlike most people I prefer quiet exhaust. I have a 2007 Heritage with the stock exhaust. I like it.
Seeing how nice that area (Loess Hills H-D) is it's hard to believe they were flooded!
Nice review, Funny, I have the same reservations in regard to breaking the bank. I love my 2015 Breakout but it's time to move to a tourer because of the rider fatigue after the long rides across the country... I've decided to take the jump and line up for the 117M8 SG ST
I put a Saddleman dominator seat on mine and feels a lot better than standard seat. Put krome werks pipes and mufflers . Love riding this bike. Hope you can find away to get one. Who knows maybe Santa?
Hey that Street Glide or Road Glide can be lowered 2” in the back, 1”, 1 1/2” in the front, still have plenty of suspension for a great ride, and get feet closer to flat on the ground.

I put aTall Boy seat on mine before I left the dealer. The stock seat was to uncomfortable.
The advertised torque is not rear wheel torque. More like 93 and 88 HP. Get a real Dyno tune and get 121 for torque and 98 HP for stock 117 M8!
I got my SG ST in Fast Johnny. Freaking awesome bike. I didn't need to upgrade but the new technology and 117 M8 from a 110 twin cam is amazing. I put Rinehart DBX45 on mine and she sounds much much better. I also added the cheater plug for the WHIM for Apple Car Play, then added the Ottocast wireless dongle. The Car Play works flawlessly.

@@tjbummer200I thought I replied when you commented. I used a plug that I got from Amazon. I searched “Harley Davidson WHIM plug”. Several come up, I got one for like $13. Then I used the Ottocast wireless Apple car play adaptor. It was like $95. There are several videos on CZcams that show the installation of the plug. It’s pretty simple though, pull the outer fairing, take the cap off the beige plug, and plug in the WHIM cheater plug.
You said ST is higher then a Special for us short people. What’s your height? I mean what is short people in your mind? Please let me know, I’m looking for a bike
I'm 5'5" and I was able to ride it even with the additional 1" suspension upgrade that comes with the ST models.

What’s that amber light flashing on your dash?
I think it’s the ABS and Traction Control light? I wasn’t really paying attention when it was flashing but I do know it stops at a certain MPH after startup
At this price point... you'd think a touring motorcycle would have heated seats and grips
