As much as I love the 6.5 (it's one of my favorite 4-8 rifles in Call of the Wild, too) I am most impressed with the .270 in this new weapon pack. I think if you try it out and check the impact animation, you'll see why. But still, the 6.5 is an amazing addition to this game.

This may be a dumb question… but I know you play on PC, I play on PS5. Why does your screen look way different from mine? For example when you go to see your shot in the animal it’s a LOT more detailed than mine. And the visual differences are completely different. You have these weird little grey bubbles pop up and I have white parentheses looking things to identify animal noises. And selecting your load out looks way more advanced than what I have.
