Great information which always ignored by me......
I find with smaller volumes, say 2 microlitres, the problem is ejecting in that the liquid doesn't want to leave the tube. It kinda of hugs to the end of the tip as a spherical ball. I find that pushing slowly helps.

for the very viscous samples, when I try to pipette, it is not taking the exact volume in the pipette, any solutions for this
