this show is quite unfriendly towards introverts like I'm not talking about this episode in particular; other times too! it was clear that this girl was really uncomfortable as they kept on making jokes! she probably just wanted to have a quiet, serious talk! she definitely suffers from social anxiety and I personally feel she should get proper medical therapy

I have a friend who is similar. She doesn’t really express herself and instead just agrees with everything we say. Like sometimes when we try to choose a place to eat she’ll be like “Wherever is okay” or when we’re trying to watch a movie and we ask her to choose one she’ll say “Which one do you guys like?” And we all answer and she just ends up choosing what everyone else likes. At first I used to think she was just really chill and went along with things to avoid any delay bc of disagreements but after a while I noticed she just went along with things bc she was afraid of voicing her opinions. The whole group knows now and we’re slowly trying to get her more comfortable with sharing things like whenever she says something we all agree with her right away or nod to let her know that we understand. I can happily says it’s working bc now she’s sometimes adds her opinions in when we’re talking and she gives her own answer when we ask her to choose something.

I admire how her friend has stayed with her through all those years, even though it was difficult for her. I struggle with a very similar shyness. It's so hard for me to approach people, to say no, and to share my opinions. If people would take time with me, eventually they would get me out of my shell. But no one ever takes that time for me. No one has ever cared, or ever stood by me due to my shyness and it gets very lonely. She has such an amazing friend. I wish I was friends with her. ♡

This was like a girl in my class last year that wasn't close with but we were acquaintances, she never spoke to anyone and because she never spoke to people people didn't bother to speak to her, I decided to try and start speaking to her since she seemed lonely, for a while she wouldn't really talk but eventually she became more comfortable and started speaking more, it shocked me because I happened on one random day but I was so happy that she finally felt comfortable enough to talk to me, through this, her confidence grew and she started talking to more and more people, fast forward to today and we are very close friends now and i would never want to lose her

I think this is pretty common among people who prefer to go along and are afraid to offend others. The important thing is to catch yourself when you're doing this and just remember that your opinion matters just as much as the rest of the people around you and as much as you respect their voice they want to respect yours as well.

I understand exactly how that girl felt. I used to be exactly like her, expressing my opinions or thoughts were such a huge burden to me that I rather kept it to myself and just let things slide despite not liking or agreeing to stuffs. It's kinda a regret of mine that I was like that in the past but I'm slowly changing myself. I hope she will start expressing her feelings instead of keeping them inside too
